1. What we collect

• Content you provide:the recipient’s name, occasion, words you choose, your message, and the photos you upload to create a Gift Page.
• Contact details: your email if you join a waitlist or contact us.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or banking details.
• Basic technical data: standard logs (IP, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

• To generate your Gift Page — photos and text are processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to create your page’s design and copy.
• To host and display published pages at the link you share.
• To notify you (only if you asked us to, e.g. a waitlist).
• We do not sell your data or use your photos to train AI models.

3. Storage and sharing

• Content is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase — data hosted in Mumbai, India — and Vercel).
• A published Gift Page is visible to anyone who has its link. Don’t share the link beyond the people you intend.
• We share data with processors only as needed to run the service (hosting, AI generation, payments), under their respective safeguards.

4. Your choices

• You can ask us to delete a Gift Page and its photos at any time — email ai.rupinder@gmail.com with the page link.
• You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

5. Photos of other people

Gift Pages are about people. Please only upload photos you have the right to use, with the knowledge and consent of the people in them. If you believe a page features you without consent, contact us and we will review and remove it promptly.
