Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free before you pay

You can create, preview, and regenerate your Gift Page for free. You see exactly what you are buying before any payment — the paid step only unlocks publishing and sharing.

2. Refunds

• Technical failure: if you paid but your page failed to publish, we will fix it or refund you in full — contact us within 7 days of payment.
• Duplicate payment: charged twice for the same page? The duplicate is refunded in full.
• Change of mind: because the page is previewed in full before payment and is a personalised digital good delivered instantly, we generally do not refund after successful publishing. If something genuinely went wrong, write to us — we are reasonable people and we want the gift to land well.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.

4. Cancelling a published page

You may ask us to take down a published page at any time (this does not by itself qualify for a refund). Email ai.rupinder@gmail.com with the page link.
