Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Wishyu is free

Creating, previewing, publishing, and sharing a Gift Page costs nothing. There is no purchase to make and nothing to refund for using the service.

2. Voluntary tips

The only payment on Wishyuis an optional “buy me a coffee” tip of an amount you choose. A tip is a voluntary contribution to support a free service — it unlocks nothing — and so tips are generally non-refundable.

We will, however, refund a tip in these cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charge: charged twice, or a tip you did not intend to send? We refund it in full.
• Technical error: if you were charged but something clearly went wrong, write to us within 7 days and we will make it right.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.

4. Taking down a page

You may ask us to take down a published page at any time. Email ai.rupinder@gmail.com with the page link.
