1. Who we are

Wishyu (“we”, “us”) is a gifting platform operated by Rupinder Pal Singh Aulakh (sole proprietor), Mohali, Punjab, India. We turn your photos and words into a personalised web page (a “Gift Page”) that you can share with someone you care about. By using https://wishyu.com, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

  • Creating and previewing a Gift Page is free.
  • Publishing a Gift Page on a shareable Wishyu link is a one-time paid service (price shown at checkout, currently ₹149).
  • Gift Page content is generated with the help of AI from the material you provide. AI output can be imperfect; you can review and regenerate your page before publishing.
  • Published pages are hosted by us. We aim to keep them available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Your content and responsibilities

  • You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload.
  • You grant us a licence to store, process, and display that material solely to create and host your Gift Page.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload — including the consent of people who appear in them — and that your content is lawful and not harmful, explicit, hateful, or infringing.
  • We may remove pages that violate these terms or applicable law, and may refuse service at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Gift Page concerned.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
